Ong777 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and Ong777 (hereinafter referred to as "ong777", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ong777.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity — including but not limited to browsing, depositing funds, placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or participating in any promotional activity — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an account, close it by contacting our support team via live chat. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and account holders regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform.

Ong777 operates under an international gaming licence. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953. Ong777 does not provide legal advice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the ong777 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), including real-money funds and any bonus credit separately designated as such.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit offer, cashback, reload bonus, free spin, or reward issued by ong777 to a Player, subject to applicable Bonus Terms.
• "Bonus Terms" means the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, maximum bet rules, game contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal caps.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds from a Player to their ong777 Account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ong777 pursuant to its anti-money laundering obligations and age verification requirements.
• "Platform" means the ong777 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services available at ong777.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Player's Account balance to the Player's designated payment method.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all ong777 Accounts are denominated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ong777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person, organisation, or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of ong777 or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily via our self-exclusion programme or involuntarily as a result of a breach of these Terms.
• You are not knowingly using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It remains your responsibility to verify the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are of sound mind, are not under the influence of intoxicating substances when making financial decisions on the Platform, and understand that gambling involves the risk of financial loss.

Each Player may hold only one Account on ong777. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Verification Requirements

KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be required at other stages of Account use at ong777's discretion. To complete KYC verification, you must submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card) — front and back.
• A recent selfie photograph holding your MyKad beside your face.
• Where required: proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account showing your registered name and number, or a bank statement header showing your name and account number).

Ong777 aims to process standard KYC submissions within 24 hours during business hours. You will be notified by email or live chat upon verification. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC is completed and approved.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Ong777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

Ong777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u (Maybank), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Additional payment methods, including cryptocurrency, may be available subject to availability and applicable terms.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Ong777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within the processing time of your chosen payment method — instantly for DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay; 5–15 minutes for FPX and online banking transfers.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and payment method and are set out in your Account settings.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Ong777 targets e-wallet withdrawal processing in under 5 minutes for KYC-verified Accounts. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX typically complete within 5–60 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to one business day.
• Ong777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the Account has any unresolved wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds.

Ong777 offers various promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific Bonus Terms published alongside the individual promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The maximum stake per round or bet when using bonus funds is typically RM250–RM500 unless otherwise stated. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute 10–20%. Check individual bonus terms for game contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual Bonus Terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Ong777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements through matched betting or other systematic strategies; placing predominantly low-margin or hedged bets during an active bonus to reduce wagering risk without genuine gaming activity.

All wagers placed on ong777 are subject to the rules of the specific game or market in which the wager is placed. General wagering rules applicable across the Platform are as follows:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. These limits may vary by game type, live dealer table, sports market, and Account tier.
• Wagers are final once confirmed. Technical errors or connectivity issues that result in a wager being placed in error must be reported to support immediately — ong777 will investigate but cannot guarantee reversal.
• Ong777 reserves the right to void any wager where the outcome was the result of a manifest error — including but not limited to software glitches, pricing errors, or data feed failures. Voided wagers are refunded to the player's Account balance.
• For sports betting, in-play (live) betting odds are subject to real-time fluctuation. The odds displayed at the moment of wager confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. Ong777 is not responsible for odds changes that occur between your intention to bet and the confirmation of the wager.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other football markets, match outcomes are determined by the final score at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market rules (e.g., "including extra time" markets).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ong777 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to the use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to place, layer, or integrate funds of criminal origin. Ong777 is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities under its anti-money laundering obligations.
• The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to fix game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or otherwise manipulate game results.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform itself for financial gain without prior written consent from ong777.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including falsifying documents.
• Acting in a threatening, abusive, or harassing manner toward ong777 staff or other platform users.

All content on the ong777 Platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of ong777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, license, or sell any content from the Platform.

The ong777 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to ong777. Unauthorised use of our brand identity — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Ong777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with access to the following tools, available in your Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a given time period. These function the same as deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous gaming session duration, after which you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Your Account cannot be reactivated during this period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Ong777 will use all reasonable measures to enforce this exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ong777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service provider outages;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from third-party software provider failures, where ong777 has exercised reasonable due diligence in selecting and monitoring such providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including bonus forfeiture resulting from prohibited conduct.

Ong777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500 — whichever is lower — unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ong777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12.1 Suspension by Ong777

Ong777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the Account;
• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute from the Player's payment provider;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Account holder is an excluded player or has active self-exclusion from ong777;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing times and KYC completion.

Ong777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where a change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the ong777 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ong777 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and ong777 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting our support team. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents ong777 from seeking urgent interim injunctive relief in any competent court where reasonably necessary to protect its legal rights.
